Someone say “intelligence”?

Bob Cox asks: Who to Believe? The Director of National Intelligence…or Keith Olbermann?

I do always mix those two up. Not for nothing — notice how you never see them together?

  1. Ara Rubyan Says:

Call me crazy but I’d sooner believe a member of the independent press than I would a government employee.

Is this a trick question or something?

  2. Ron Coleman Says:

Olbermann “a member of the independent press”?

  3. Ara Rubyan Says:

Yeah. You got a problem with that?

  4. Stout Republican Says:

    I do!

    I do!

  5. Ara Says:

    Bring it.

  6. jan Says:

So I’m untrustworthy? I did not know that. Huh.

  7. Ron Coleman Says:

Well, Jan, he didn’t mean you. He means untrustworthy government employees who would never be honest in the execution of their official duties, much less their own characterizations of their achievements in office. You know, like Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama…

  8. Ara Says:

…Mike McConnell, and whoever else you got, whichever party they’re in.

In my book, government should watch business and the independent press should watch government.
